DMB engaged Hadley Design to evaluate and redesign Phase 3 at Marley Park. The primary goal of the new Phase 3 Development Plan is to maximize profit through high net present residual land value, without compromising the quality and legacy aspects of the Marley Park community vision and the current built environment.
