Hadley Design was engaged by NexMetro to plan, design and assist in the entitlement of Avilla Grace in Chandler Arizona. Hadley Design utilized the signature “courtyard neighborhood” with clusters of 4-6 homes organized around a courtyard element with a “portal” entry to create the site plan for Town Square. The site plan was also designed around central open space network or “paseo” connecting two separate ramada adjacent the resort style pool complex. Both ramadas were designed to serve as outdoor rooms for the residents and their guest to enjoy year round as well as provide destinations along the linear park and pathway system leading to the resort pool complex.
